Currently we are looking to fill a position for a Service Advisor.
This is a person who will be working directly with our customers to ensure that their vehicles are given the attention needed in getting themselves back on the road.
Our Service Advisors will be overseeing all transactions between the customer and our Service Department.
A successful Service advisor will be profecient in being able to:
-Making appointments for service, working with the customer to make sure that it is understood what needs to be done for the vehicle, being able to convey what is needed to the mechanic, make recommendations for upcoming services/issue with the vehicle, basic and advanced understanding of automechanics, advanced level of customer relationship skills with being able to speak clearly, politely and confidently on the phone and in person.
-We prefer someone that has been in the auto industry for at least 3 years, preferably in the Service Department side.
