I had an excellent experience with my service team at Jessup Auto Plaza. My service advisor Melly, was not only friendly but also very professional. She kept me well-informed throughout the entire service visit. When it became clear that my truck would need to stay overnight, they promptly arranged a courtesy vehicle for me to get home. Before bringing my truck in for servicing, I had removed my locking lug key during cleaning, which meant they couldn't perform the tire rotation initially. However, my service advisor assured me that I could bring the key when picking up the truck, and she would ensure the rotation was done. Despite a busy service day, they went out of their way to accommodate me and ensure I left as a satisfied customer. Overall, I had a fantastic experience at this dealership/service center. As someone from out of state (North Carolina), I was initially skeptical about the service quality in California, but the team at Jessup Auto Plaza completely exceeded my expectations. Thank you for providing such a wonderful experience!

I bought my last few cars here at Jessup, 24 years Marine and I know your big on Vets. I felt a big disconnect. I had to tell the tell the service representative that I sould not be charged for a diagnostics. The can has 15,000 miles. Then I was made to feel like I was looking for a free tire because I had a screw in the side wall, and all I was asking if I had the tire warranty or if the manufacturer had a percentage off. Made me think is this where I will get my next car.

My first 2 visits to Jessup were simply said horrible. The first was a new tire installation which took 8 hours while I sat in the lounge area. The second was for an oil change and after 4 1/2 hours in the lounge again, I found out on my own that they had not started on the car, so I took it and left. I decided to give one more chance. This time my service advisor was Leo Machuca. I told him about the other 2 visits and he made sure I was well taken care of. He kept me informed and my car finished up an hour earlier than his estimated time for service. Thanks to Leo I will be back again.

Sergio was great and tried to solve the problem. When I use bluetooth in my car everyone that I talk to complains they can't hear or understand me. It happens when I'm driving... So basically I use the speaker phone to make calls when I drive. It's really a bummer to have a brand new car but unable to talk on blue tooth. Sergio had the service technician make calls from my phone and said audio was fine when in service station parked. They even checked the microphone and it was attached correctly. Unfortunately the issue is not solved. It might require a computer technician to find and solve the problem. I believe it could be a software issue. Not sure what to do next. I called On Star and had them reboot my car and I will see if this worked. I also diconnected my phone and reconnected to the car. I also removed all bluetooth devices from my phone and car. I really hope to be able to make hands free calls again. It's really important to me to have this service work in my car.

I purchased a 2025 Hummer EV in Reno, my first trip I drove it to my 2nd house in Rancho Mirage, quite a trip. I found out that GM knows nothing about EV's. Because of charging issues I slowed to 40 mph, turned off all extras, air, radio anything that used electricity and arrived in RM with 14 miles showing on the meter. Took it to Jessup the next day and left it with Patrick who knows nothing. At first they blamed the connector that allows a GM to charge from Tesla charges. I purchased the charger from a GM Dealer. Without being able to use Tesla Chargers you would not be able to take the Hummer on trips. His Tech reloaded software packages to allow the Hummer to accept a charge. The software changes caused the entire display of items shown to change. I couldn't find anything. I texted Patrick twice, no response. I took the car back to the dealership and when Patrick saw me he decided it was break time. Another guy helped me to get regenerative braking back and explained about Tesla Chargers which was totally wrong. GM is over their heads with EV's. I would not purchase again!

The most important issue in my books is how a business stands by its performance. The service department did not completely fix the recent issue. Rather than lots of useless wording, the service department agreed that the repair was not complete and then bent over backwards to immediately rectify the issue. When I ordered and purchased my 2021, +$100,000, loaded C8 Corvette convertible from Jessup Chevrolet, I purchased what I was TOLD was a 7 year bumper-to-bumper extended warranty AND prepaid maintenance. Thus not having to be concerned about any “surprise” future vehicle operation expenses. Imagine my surprise when, with only approx 27,000 miles on the vehicle, now in the spring of 2025, and less than 4 years old, it seems that NONE of the items are ever covered by the warranty and NONE of the items are covered under the pre-paid service contact. There is a never ending list of excuses and denials of coverage about why this is true each time my car comes in for service! Talk about feeling like I was robbed! This is as big of fraud as my paying a couple thousand $’s for BOTH a new vehicle “Dealer Transportation-Delivery” fee AND the National Corvette Museum pick-up Fee. So I Paid Jessup for the privilege to drive my own new vehicle cross country back to them for it’s first scheduled service, after picking it up at the NCM. Both Jessup and GMC kept blaming one another for this scam. But no one ever refunded my money charged for a vehicle that was NOT delivered to the dealer by anyone but ME! Now I just had to take my vehicle back to the dealer, again, because just a few weeks ago when it was in for service they failed to change the oil and filter which was due. And 1 week after the actual oil change, the My Chevrolet app is still showing that my oil and filter are due to be changed! Did no one even re-set the tracking mechanism? Which will now be off by hundreds of miles driven since the oil change? I seems like every time I take this vehicle to Jessup, there is a whole new turnover of service tech staff. No wonder my very skilled friend who USED to work there left to work for a competitor.

I came in for a standard service appointment that was set up with Leo which went very well except the engine issue I mentioned to him at check-in turned out to be an expensive repair of the transmission. He suggested that I might want to consider replacing the vehicle rather than incur additional expense beyond the actual value of the automobile. I met with Joe in the sales department and looked at several vehicles. A 2023 Genesis caught my attention and, ultimately, with his help, and Armando's, I purchased the car, using my Acadia as a trade-in for the deposit. I really appreciated everyone's candor in dissuading me to move forward with a repair whose value I would not be able to recoup ultimately and the guys in the sales and finance departments were incredibly nice to work with and very accommodating. You have an excellent team! Thank you to everyone involved.

I recorded noises when starting to pull out of a parking spot. The response was “brake noise”. The car is still under warranty but was told it was normal for GM products. “If it really bothered me”, I could pay @$400 to have it fixed. I bought it used with the full warranty. It doesn’t happen when I apply the brakes, only when slowing to a stop with single pedal mode, or pulling out of a space…still not using brakes. They said they would pressure wash the wheels, but it still squeals. The car has a space above the rear bumper where bolts are visible. I was told that the bumper had pry marks. This was not visible when I bought the car. I was also initially told that it has a power rear opener, as it states on the window sticker. I specifically asked Anderson if it had it because I have a blown bicep. He said yes. It does not. Even though it states so on the sticker. I have established a good rapport with Sean, but this has been a less than stellar first experience with Jessup. I would appreciate some improvement with the relationship.

A major and extensive oil leak on my 2021 GMC Acadia was recently fixed at Jessup in Cat city. My car came back with all TPMS not working. I am aware of the TPMS issue on my car. Only the front right TPM was not working prior to the Coolant Drain service. One has been replaced very recently, so it can't be what Patrick told me about all the others going down when one goes bad. I lost confidence with them. I left a good review on my first visit. Now, I am having a second thought. I never thought going to a dealership will cost me so much more than just the service I asked for.

From the moment I arrived, I was made to feel like I was asking stupid questions/requests by Brandie Gil. Then she asked me if I wanted the complimentary wash, to which I said "yes". But I remembered I left some things in the back of the truck. While I still wanted the wash I needed to remove those items - but was made to feel like this was too big of an ask. After waiting for two (2) hours, I approached Brandie to ask her how much longer it would be. To which she responded that two hours is a normal wait time for an oil change and that she does not recommend coming in on Saturday. So it's my fault for coming on a Saturday, I made the wrong choice. Other staff proceeded to agree that Saturdays are always understaffed. I never felt like a valued/loyal customer. No apology for the wait (at very minimum) - until the very end when a nice gentleman handed me the keys. Mind you, this specific young man had been making small talk with me when I was outside a few times. Overall, incredibly long wait time and arrogant customer service.

The waiting time was a little long even with an appointment scheduled. The sales representative had great customer service. The only issue i had was when reviewing the work completed on my vehicle I noted that the cabin air filter life counter was not reset and remained at 46% questioning now if the filter was actually replaces as stated on the work order receipt. Also my vehicle was not washed as requested on my 20k mile inspection.

I paid $691.00 for a service which included an oil, and filter change, a transmission fluid change, and coolant change along with a tire rotation. Upon picking up my car I stopped to top off the fuel to notice the tires were not rotated which was stated they were rotated on my work invoice with receipt. One of my tires has a blue paint mark on it which was how I noticed no tire rotation was performed. I had to go back 3 days later to have them rotated. Also I scheduled the appointment on a Saturday July 5th for 11:00AM for the service above mentioned which included a car wash which also did not get done because the car wash company leaves before 2;00pm. I mention this because it makes no sense to book appointments on Saturdays at 11:00AM for the service I wanted knowing that the service techs / car wash folk leave for the day at 2:00PM not giving enough time for it to be fully completed. A Melissa whom I spoke with verified my tires did not get rotated per video footage she said she watched. Honestly this has me wondering if my transmission fluid was actually changed or not. I plan on having that inspected else where. I will not return to Jessup Chevrolet for any future work on my car.

The main battery on my 2020 Bolt failed and Jessup took care of the warranty work for me. Everything was covered under warranty and since the battery took almost 2 months to arrive from GM, they covered my rental ( of another Bolt thank you ) for the entire time. Special kudos to Sergio for his timely notifications and communication through the process. This is my third electric/hybrid car with Chevrolet and Jessup has always been great when I’ve had an issue. Thanks to everyone at the service dept!

This was my first time getting my Buick serviced and my first time going to Jessup. I didn’t have the best experience. I sat in my car for over 10mins before someone asked if needed help. I didn’t know you had to go inside first to get checked in. My previous car was a Honda and the service people came to your car and then you go inside. Once inside I wasn’t sure where to wait in line. Then Leo came by and said he would help me. He seemed a little frustrated, not with me, maybe because I wasn’t being helped, not sure. The process was quick, and I asked if my air filters could be checked because where I live it’s like a sand storm almost everyday. Leo said the air filters aren’t usually checked during this service, but at a later service, but he said he would note down. A Lift driver was ordered and I went home. Once I returned to pickup my vehicle I went inside and saw Leo and let him know I was back to pickup my car. As he handed my keys I asked how my air filters were and he said they were fine till the next service. I looked over the paperwork when I got home and saw the request to check the air filters, but there were no comments made. At Honda they will send a video of them checking and the service they are doing. I just have a feeling my air filters weren’t checked. When I got to my vehicle and noticed it wasn’t washed. I should have gone back in and said something. But I wasn’t sure if it was part of the service, and I didn’t want to wait for the wash at time either. When I got in my car I noticed a small pin I have of a Mexican flag in small holder was turn upside down. It wasn’t in one of the cup holder but by the volume knob. I’m not sure why someone would touch my personal belongings if it was not in anyone’s way to service my vehicle. I am Very disappointed and concerned by this!!! I don’t want to come back to Jessup to have my vehicle serviced again.

I recently purchased a 2022 Bolt EUV from Jessup. It has a small problem in that it sends a false screen message stating the the charger door is open. The first attempt at repair was unsuccessful, and it’s been determined that the charger door mechanism needs to be replaced entirely. My service advisor, David Anderson, has been excellent in handling my situation. He is professional, prompt, conscientious and kind. He has provided service to the highest standards…definitely 5 star! David has ordered the parts necessary, and once they’ve arrived, will schedule an appointment with me to have my issue resolved. David’s customer service skills are exemplary!

The whole purpose of having to being my 2021 C* convertible back to Jessup this time was because we were unable to determine WHEN it was ACTUALLY due for the transmission fluid change and engine filter changes….Because EVERY time I have had this car in for service your mechanics have FAILED to reset the vehicle tracking prompts in the car’s computer. EVERYT TIME. Seriously. As in NEVER. making me believe this happens on every other person’s vehicle too. Thus undermining an important tracking feature of these vehicles. So this time the service tech had to research all of my past service records to determine what was due and when. The alerts for the transmission fluid and engine filter started happening months ago, soon after it was done PREVIOUSLY.. And by the time the alerts were popping up every time I started the vehicle, they recommended simply deleting them. Becvause they were never reset back then. Meaning there was no way for me to discern WHEN the next service was actually due. And after the service was performed THIS time on 7-25-25, the service tech assured me that the tracking prompts were reset. He followed me out to the vehicle and we checked….and true to form, once again, they were NOT reset. So I had to perform the function with his instruction. Why bother buying an expensive vehicle with the computerized service tracking features if your mechanics ALL universally fail to ever reset the prompts after completing the service? Also, as was the case on numerous prior visits, the sky cool gray interior leather on the drivers side door and handle and console was all covered in dirty hand smudges. If the mechanics cannot wipe their greasy-dirty hands off before touching clean upholstery, the least they could do is CLEAN the upholstery before releasing the vehicle. Lastly, I had a 7:45 am drop off appt. on 7-25-25. I called in the late afternoon on 7-24-25 to inquire if it was OK to just drop off the C8 before close that day…and was told yes. So it was delivered to you the night before my schedule service for a simple transmission fluid change (no filter changes were due) and an engine filter change. After getting no notification that the vehicle was done by Friday afternoon (7-25-25), I called and was transferred to numerous people who would “look into it”. I finally received word from my service tech that the person who was assigned to my vehicle that morning was pulled to do another job and that they would like to keep it overnight! I informed them that was unacceptable as I needed the vehicle back that same night, This experience of poor service from check-in to pick-up, and all work done in between, seems to be a sadly consistent pattern at Jessup. And requires my wasting my own time to document this fact repeatedly in your surveys. Which seems to go unaddressed and ignored by upper management. It is shocking that GM allows this incompetent service to continue to reflect so poorly on their brand. One would think after writing a check for over $100,000 for this vehicle, including taxes, extended warranty and pre-paid service…and after waiting a year on the order list, one can be treated so inadequately. Even to the point of risking vehicle damage from lack of timely prompts for transmission service when the vehicle has a history of a very strict schedule for such service.

When I arrive at the desk there was no one there, but there were all at the copy machine doing?? they saw saw me there but never bother to ask what I needed or at least tell me to wait. I waited about 5 minutes before I asked if any one was helping. Finally the service guy came and asked what I needed. Not good customer service or friendly service. Once my car was done and I went back, he din't say anything about my car doing ok etc. Got in my car and drove off. Will think about going all the way from San Felipe to Palm springs to do service while I can get done closer.

The vehicle was dropped off at 7:00am with an appointment scheduled for 8:15am. By 3:30 I had not heard anything from the dealership about the status of my vehicle. I called and was sent to voicemail mail. I called back and was told by another service person the vehicle had not been look at. I sent a message to tue service person help me and was told I would get an update at 5:00pm. I asked what time the service department closed and was told at 5:00pm. I was stuck at work without a vehicle not knowing if I would have a vehicle to get to and from work the following day. I responded to the message and had to advise the service person I needed a vehicle to get to and from work if they would be able to get the vehicle looked at sooner and if they could schedule an uber to pick me up to take me to the dealer since I could not be without a vehicle to get to and from work and pick up my children from school. When it comes to service repairs with appointments, vehicle (I believe) need to be at least inspected in a more timely manner. Also to give the customer and update on the vehicle status before closing time. If the dealer has an overwhelming amount of vehicles to service communicating this might alleviate some of the frustrations from customers not knowing why it is taking so long to just look at their vehicle and anticipate a longer response. Also if they know this planning what needs to happen if the customer does not have a vehicle to commute.

You dropped your vehicle off early—with a scheduled appointment at 8:15 a.m.—and understandably expected timely updates throughout the day. While the appointment time is meant to be with the service advisor to review your concerns, we absolutely should have been clear with you that diagnosing the vehicle could take up to the end of the day, depending on shop load and technician availability. That expectation was not set, and for that, I apologize. We recognize how frustrating and stressful it is to be without your vehicle—especially when it affects your ability to get to work and care for your family. On top of that, you were left without clear updates, and had to reach out multiple times just to get a status. That’s not the level of service you should expect from us. You’re right—appointments should be handled with more transparency. If delays are expected, we owe you honest communication and options, including potential transportation assistance when needed. I want to start out by saying that the service writer was not the issue. Now…where to begin. I am not starting with the fact that I had to wait 3 hours for an oil change…even with an “appointment”. Let’s just talk about the customer lounge. One place in the dealership to sit with no privacy or tables. I wont mention the look that the employee gave me when I asked if the lounge was for customers or employees…and there is no sign on the door stating that. Jessup wants me to pay $25- to install an update to the computer system that keeps my air conditioner from working properly. It was not a recall, but a Technical Service Bulletin that an outside company gave me. I was informed that a TSB is just one step below a full recall - and I had to provide andbring the documentation to the dealership myself. But if it was under a “bumper to bumper” warranty, it would have been covered??? Really ?!?!?! For a program YOU install, YOU know it doesn’t function property and rather than step up and be a dealership worth bragging about - you want us to pay for your poor product? Or better yet, but a new auto so you have the bumper to bumper protection? I am in the market for a new convertible being here in the desert and I was considering the Corvette. Ehhhhh…..I don’t think so. I am going to go to a company that I can be proud of. Oh and lets just mention the fact that I have been a Chevy only person since 1992…..that is until now. So all I can say is stay away from this predatory dealership

Regarding your oil change visit, I’m not sure why it took 3 hours, as our goal is to have oil changes completed within 2 hours — whether it's an appointment or a walk-in. An apology is definitely due. Your time is valuable, and it’s clear we did not respect it during your visit. For that, I sincerely apologize. As for the issue with your vehicle’s software update, I understand your frustration. These Technical Service Bulletins (TSBs) can be confusing, especially when they’re not classified as recalls but still impact your vehicle’s performance. I'd be more than happy to sit down with you personally and see what I can do to assist with this situation. We never want a long-time Chevy customer like yourself to feel unappreciated or taken for granted, and I hope we have the chance to turn your experience around. For reference, I made an appt. on-line for an oil change and got there a little early. Only 1 person at the Service desk (Saturday morning) so I had to wait while the Service Coordinator was having a conversation with another employee. When I got to talk to the Coordinator I ended up having my tires rotated and checked for air pressure, added as part of the "usual" company service. Service took about 70 minutes. I was waiting in the lobby and I noticed my car was in the driveway indicating service was completed. Not sure how long it had been there. I had to ask the Service Coordinator for the status of my car since the car was outside and I was told he had to wait for someone in the back (service bay) to bring him the paperwork. Not sure why the paperwork was not delivered when the car was parked in the driveway right outside. That took a while. Seems like, with all the computerization at the dealership, things are taking longer than when paperwork was more manually done. A LOT of time spent on the keyboard but still dependent on someone to walk paperwork to the Service desk. The Service coordinator was VERY nice but got caught up in the business bureaucracy and having to work alone when I saw other personnel just walking around. There seemed to be little activity in both the Service and Sales areas......no customers waiting anywhere. I've been a customer at Jessup for 9 years and had always had great service, but things have gone downhill, perhaps to save $$ or standardize/compare the service experience for all your businesses ? You should also know there has been negative reviews on the neighborhood Blog "Nextdoor" based on no one answering phones or returning calls. Stand-alone smaller car service businesses offer faster service. If you want to continue to be competitive you need to try to get customers in and out more quickly. When I got home I noticed there were service statuses on my email. Not worth anything to me since I don't carry my cell phone around when I don't plan to use it, plus that is why I wait in the lobby - easy to communicate with me. I am easily impressed with efficiency which was not the case at my last visit to your service area.

While 70 minutes for an oil change and tire rotation is generally within our typical timeframe, it’s clear that the waiting process and lack of updates left you feeling overlooked, and that’s simply not acceptable. Your time is valuable, and we clearly could have done a much better job respecting it. I understand your frustration seeing your car parked outside without being informed it was ready. You're absolutely right — with all the tools and systems we have in place, there should be better coordination between the service team and advisors to ensure paperwork and communication flow seamlessly. We will be addressing this internally, particularly the reliance on manual steps that create unnecessary delays. I'm also sorry that you experienced limited staffing and a lack of visible engagement from other employees. Saturday mornings can be unpredictable in terms of volume, but that is no excuse for leaving any customer feeling unsupported or ignored. Your point about phone calls going unanswered and the recent Nextdoor reviews has been noted — and taken seriously. We're actively working on improving our responsiveness, staffing, and the overall experience, both in-person and over the phone. Lastly, I appreciate your note about the email updates. We certainly don’t want to rely solely on technology if it doesn’t align with how you prefer to be communicated with. When you're in the lobby, we should absolutely be keeping you informed face-to-face. We’re grateful for your continued loyalty and hope you’ll give us the opportunity to restore your confidence in our service. They had my vehicle for over 100+ Days. I had to bring it back for MULTIPLE ITEMS, several of which are still not taken care of. The Service Department has no competent Management, The "Service Manager" has been caught in several lies. I've owner over 20+ GM Vehicles in my life so far and this by far and above is the absolute worst service experience i've ever had. After going on four (4) months I now have to drive almost 2 hours to go to a competent Dealership for Warranty Repairs. I will never use Jessup nor will I recommend them to anyone.

The check in service was great. But the service after the oil change was completed was a disapointment. I was told my car was ready and to wait outside until someone bring it to you. I was told it should take 10 minutes. Half an hour later i was still in the 100 + degrees waiting for my car to be pulled up. Finally I went back to the service desk to ask for my car. He said he will bring it to me after he drops off a car in the service area. Another 15 minutes pass and he drives up with the wrong car. After an hour later my car appeared from the abyss. This is the second time it has happen to me. Please do not make it a third time.

I had asked to have a ride back to the dealer scheduled for 4 pm, an hour before I sent a reminder text to ensure I would be picked up at 4 pm. 4 pm came and past with no notification, I had to send another text, I was picked up around 4:30 pm. Other than that, everything else was ok.

The oil change didn’t take long itself. The checkin took like 40 minutes because there was only 2 people. A salesman had to help me. When they called to let me know my vehicle was done, the lady let me know if it took too long to get my keys to let her know. She saw me just standing there what seemed like 20 minutes later and I had to ask about my keys. They couldn’t seem to find my keys. Finally about 5 minutes later, the gentleman said they were just left on the desk. How amazing. Just seemed unorganized and honestly seem to not care, which is fine but don’t complain when there’s bad reviews.

I understand that the day i went the crew happened to he short staffed. However my oil change turned into a half of a day things. I received over 10 text messages and emails confirming this appointment but I didn’t receive anything informing me that jessup was short staffed and it was going to take double the time, I would’ve made other arrangements and not have brought my 3 young children. And then after waiting all that time, I check in with the front desk and I was told my car is ready but no car wash. I get it it’s complementary but after waiting all this time I said I would wait and get it washed. They take it immediately to wash and the guy doesn’t even get the car initially wet he just starts brushing my car which upset me so I tell the front desk and he goes and tells the guy and he hoses it down and continues on with the mediocre car wash. This is my 3rd oil change here at jessup and each time it gets worse and worse.

With all the appointment confirmations you received, we should have done a better job communicating any delays. Unfortunately, it's almost impossible to notify customers ahead of time when employees call out sick early in the morning before we open at 7. Hi John, Thank you for your feedback. I’m sorry to hear that the final price came as a surprise. That’s never our intention and I’d really appreciate the chance to go over everything with you. Looking at your repair order, the original estimate was $571.85 which included: • $200.00 for diagnosing your AC concern • $189.95 for the fuel filter • $179.95 for the oil change and tire rotation After the diagnosis, Sergio contacted you and advised that the AC repair would be $870.24 plus tax, along with $109.95 for the cabin filter. That brought the updated estimate to $1352.04 plus tax. Your final bill came to $1224.29 before your $75.00 discount. Additionally, the HVAC resistor that was installed was not charged due to an oversight. That part was valued at $173.19. So in the end, your total actually came out to less than what was originally quoted. I’d welcome the opportunity to speak with you directly and go over everything in detail. But when I got my truck back dirty and not detailed and full tank of gas as promised since truck was delivered with a flaw was disappointing.

The team were excellent. However, the car has another problem. It is a brand new car. So far a fuel line pipe was defective, a leak in the EVAC pump, and now there is oil consumption. I’m not sure if I want to keep this vehicle.

Slow service. Increased prices without even supplying coffee any more! I decided not to buy new set of tires but first go back to talk to them where I got them. It was not a slow leak to just add air as you said. It was a screw and pressure already going down. Repaired free. The tires are normal effect of desert heat and still safe for many miles. They saved me $1500.00.

Everything was fine except for a few issues: My seat was adjusted so much that I had to adjust it outside the car. Why do they adjust seats so much. I don't have auto adjust so it makes it difficult to get the seat back . Secondly, I told Brandi about my GM rewards credit at the beginning. She noted the original copy. I should have been credited over $100 off the total and I was not given the credit. I guess it's too late now. At least I can save those points until next time.

I have taken my 2019 Silverado to your dealership since I moved here in 2021. The service I receive is excellent, but this was the 2nd time I have waited over 3 hours for my truck. I always wait for my truck at the dealership, and it is noted every time. First time the service was complete but sat in the back lot until I had to come and ask where it was. I was told it was finished about an hour before I came and asked, but no one had contacted me. Second time, just last week, I had to come to the service desk after approx. 3 hours and ask for the status of my service as I had not been contacted. The completed paperwork was under the service writer's calendar book and the service was completed earlier. I only have the oil changed and tires rotated and I come in early so it's not crowded. Just thought you might want to know.

I experienced very professional service at Jessup Chevrolet to get my Equinox EV in for it's 7,500 mile maintenance check. I would recommend however, upon driving into the Service area, better communication regarding what a customer should do and how the process works. I did not know if I should leave my car and go into the office or wait for a representative. Also, once I went into the office I was not acknowledged by any of the three service representatives as they seemed to be busy, but again without some communication I was left guessing about what comes next. I had an 11:00 appointment and was on time. But when they were able to help me the service was all professional.

I don’t like that you charge customers for using a credit card. You can absorb the fees. Your oil change is $80 higher than the GMC dealer in Kansas City, and they give a chocolate bar at pickup. I appreciate the transportation to my house and friendly staff, but the wash on the truck was not very good and they could have vacuumed the dirt on the floor boards. No discount coupons for service on any diesel trucks? You could do better.

The first service advisor that assisted me was great , the reason I rated 2 stars is due to the fact of how bad the customer service was at the time of my arrival , I had a 3:15pm appointment and wasn’t assisted until about 3:25pm mind you I arrived early at 3:05pm , so I was waiting around 20 mins without anybody acknowledging me . This was only my second time getting my service here but I’m not sure I’ll be back for a third time.

Esta última visita con Brandie fue horrible experiencia para mi. Y en general con todos los agentes. Yo hago muchas preguntas porque me gusta entender y saber y Brandie hablaba encima de mi. No siento que me guió y escucho mis dudas. Necesite servicio de 60,000, el viernes fui a pagar y quedamos de vernos a la 1 pm, pedi permiso en mi trabajo para salir, pague Uber de 30 dlls y cuando llegue Brandie estaba en lonche y nadie de los agentes me ayudo, solo me decian que estaba en lonche. Nadie se acerco a ayudarme, los agentes te ven y no se acercan, tu tienes que preguntarles si te pueden ayudar porque ellos no se ofrecen ! Cuando pregunte por Brandie me dijeron, no esta en su desk ! Y yo, obviamente, ya se !!!!!!! No esta aqui ! Fue una falya de respeto que ella no estaba a la hr que acordamos, poco profesional. El unico agente que se acercó a preguntat si ocupaba ayuda fue Leo, el me ofrecio una solución y me pidio un Uber al trabajo porque le dije que no podia esperarla. Fue molesto que Brandie me llamara como 10 veces al trabajo tratando que pagara en linea para hacer deliver mi carro y yo estaba trabajando, no pude hacer el pago cuando ella lo requeria. Fue horrible experiencia.

Service was explained throughly by the service writer and in a professional manner. The vehicle was repaired in a reasonable time and the loaner vehicle process was easy. The times we have had to take our vehicle in for service, we have had the same service writer and we are extremely appreciative of the professionalism and courteousness displayed by Mr David Anderson.

Well to start we had to have the buick towed due a broken water hose. After the car arrived the service writter checked us in and was a 290.00 diagnozës. Then called back saying 1200.00 so we said ok. Then 3hrs later you called back saying that you found another issue the water pump was bad for another 1000.00 yes I was upset and may have had an attidude but should have seen it when you did the first check.

Someone should greet customers in the service drive. I arrived at 11:25 for my 11:30 appt. and went in after 10 minutes without even acknowledgement. The writer who finally helped me was pleasant and professional. Should an oil change really take 3 hours though? I appreciate the car wash but it sat there for 45 minutes. I finally went back in and saw my keys but it was necessary to check if it was ready. It was. After finishing the paperwork, I was handed my keys and went outside. My car was still in the service lot. 10 minutes later, it was brought up. Times are tough enough. I won't grade less than "Completely Satisfied," even though this isn't J.D.'s survey, and I will be back, but I hope this increases awareness in the little things that are being ignored. I am overall very pleased with my experience with Jessup service. As best I can assess, the work was done well and I’m happy with it. I had a slight issue with picking up my vehicle. Upon paying for the service, Mr. Anderson told me my vehicle would be brought around shortly. I stepped outside to wait. After about ten minutes, I went back inside the service area and continued waiting. I did not see Mr. Anderson in the area. After about five more minutes, I started looking around and saw my keys on his desk. I asked another advisor (who was not helping a customer at that time) if I could take my keys and that I had paid for my service. She put down her phone and moved to Mr. Anderson’s desk and handed my keys to me at that time. She and I were the only two people in the area at that time. There were no other customers waiting, no other advisors. I don’t know the elapsed time from my vehicle delivery and me actually retrieving my vehicle, but I found this situation irritating. I wonder…if an advisor leaves their desk, do the other advisors keep an eye out for customers as they wait? Perhaps a general awareness of all advisors about what’s going on would be a good idea, especially if the area is not busy. Additionally, (assuming this is what happened) if an employee brings a car around for a customer, and sees a customer standing in the area, why would they simply drop the keys on an advisor’s vacant desk and leave the area? Maybe they should also have a general awareness of what’s going on, and act accordingly…maybe letting another advisor know a car was brought around? Maybe acknowledging a customer…”hello sir, are you waiting for a vehicle? Let me get someone to help you.” I have a service appointment for a second vehicle coming up soon. I’m looking forward to seeing improved handling. This could have been an “off” day!

The service was excellent but the check in was a mess. Suggestion schedule customer check in a half hour after staff arrives. In that way the staff will have all prep they need to do for there day completed. The staff seemed frustrated because of start up procedures they needed to do and so many customers standing around waiting for them. Several of the customers were becoming angry . I hope this suggestion will assist your staff but also the customers in a positive way.

the check in experience was less than pleasant. There was no one outside to meet you at the car nor did anyone approach me and ask if I was there for service. There are no signs telling me where to check in and after 10 minutes I asked a person outside where we check in and he was rude. You might consider a sign that says "service check in " and something inside the building on where to do that. Very disorginized. The rest of the service was fine

Daniel was incredible! At first I felt he really went out of his way to help me, but as I watched him he was like that with everyone! The best way I can put it in words would be….. Say you were the host of a party and you needed to get to the other side of the room full of people, you would observe and acknowledge everyone for a minute as you stroll your way through. Service agent at the dealer was great. The only issue was the telephone agent who made my service appointment stated that oil change can take up to 90 minutes. The on-site agent said it will be 2 hours when I checked in, and it was over 2 hours when it was actually completed (without a wash).

I was in and out of there in about four hours they had to do five recalls each one had to be done separately. I was advised about this and you just have to be patient and let the technicians do their job.
